The EMCOM Local Community App is a dynamic application which allows local government organisations to engage the local community; in order to easily find and resolve incidents and issues quickly and effectively. The Application offers many features, including: real time reporting of issues,  real time integration with existing back & front office (CRM) applications, better customer experience & integration, better community engagement, and accessibility on any device.

This new dynamic application is constantly improving and evolving on a regular basis, and has recently been adapted to be used as a service desk for a chain of care homes. The next stage of the development is adding more social media functions, and more features to the iPad and mobile applications, which include attaching various different types of media to the call, to give a clearer view of the issue.
